About UsTwo Decades of
Caring for Atoka

Since opening our doors in 2001 at 122 N Mississippi Ave A, Atoka, OK 74525, Today’s Hair & Nails has been a cherished neighborhood escape where beauty and comfort seamlessly meet. We intentionally created a warm, family-centered atmosphere where you are never rushed through an assembly line. Every visit is a dedicated opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy unhurried personal attention.

About UsOur Story

Today’s Hair & Nails is more than a salon—it’s the story of faith, perseverance, and a community that believed in me.

In 2001, I came to Atoka with my family, hoping to build a better future. Life took an unexpected turn, and I eventually found myself raising three children as a single mother. Failure was never an option. Cosmetology was the one career I knew could provide for my family, and I was determined to succeed.

One person who changed my life was Deneice Hill and her family. They were loyal clients of mine in Durant and encouraged me to bring my business to Atoka. Deneice gave me my very first opportunity by allowing me to open inside her Body Shop. That simple act of kindness became the foundation of everything that followed.

As the salon grew, we moved to our location by the freeway, and today we are proud to serve our community from our beautiful new home.

Through the years, Atoka has supported not only my business but also my family. Because of this wonderful community, I was able to raise three amazing children, and today all three are college graduates.

For that, I will always be grateful.

Today’s Hair & Nails has now proudly served Atoka for more than 25 years. Our mission has always remained the same: to make every guest feel beautiful, welcomed, relaxed, and treated like family.

Our Mission

To provide exceptional beauty and wellness services with kindness, integrity, and genuine care, helping every guest leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Our Vision

To be the salon where beauty, relaxation, education, and community come together—a place where guests become family, careers are built, and lives are changed through service.

Thank you, Atoka, for believing in me, supporting my dream, and allowing Today’s Hair & Nails to become part of this community. I will always be grateful.
